1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation email with tracking once dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

3. Tracking

All dispatched orders include tracking information sent via email.

4. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

5. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, please contact us at shop@just4beautie.co.uk so we can investigate with the courier.
